There's EdPuzzle - an online video-lesson creator that its makers claim to be the easiest way for teachers to engage their students with videos. It already has 3 million users and plenty of good comments from likers and users.I need to say that EdPuzzle isn't (really) a video editor so that comparison with video-editing software ends now. It is an integrator of many components ordinarily needed for video-lessons; the video, teacher's voice over, voice notes and even quizzes! It's even a classroom management tool out of the box; astonishing!

I found out that it offers a ready and huge inventory of videos simply because it is already linked to so many video servers.It has audio track recorder and audio note editor. Use audio tracks if you need to re-do the full audio, such as provide translation in another language. Use auto notes if you want to insert a spoken note.
The quiz/ comments which let the teacher ask open-ended or multiple-choice questions or insert a text comment on the side.
Without EdPuzzle, all these parts to run a video-lesson has to be made with separate tools. Until now, I totally disliked creating video-based lessons. Without good tools, craftsmen just don't create (that well). EdPuzzle is that great tool.
